By providing your mobile phone number on our website forms and checking the consent box, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions and expressly consent to receive non-marketing and recurring automated marketing text messages from or on behalf of Refresh Air Conditioning LLC at the number provided. Your consent to receive promotional texts is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency will vary based on your service status and opt-in choices. Customers with an active service request may receive up to 5 messages per transaction (scheduling, arrival, follow-up). Customers who opt into promotional alerts will receive a maximum of 4 promotional text messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Refresh Air Conditioning LLC does not charge a fee for the text messages themselves.

5. Opt-out/Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. Upon texting STOP, you will receive one final text message confirming your unsubscription. After this, you will no longer receive any texts from that program.
